I have changed my eating habits to reflect health and wellness and am changing my professional life to reflect less stress.....

Walking the walk... Being kinder, cooking healthier foods at home, involving the whole family in growing the garden, making our own bread... Encouraging more positive communication.

I have quit drinking and smoking and have replaced these awful habits with yoga, Pilates, and cardio.....lots of changes and all for the better! Yippee!!!

Been drawing on the positive notion that it all begins with me. If we can look in then we can better look outward.

Self-induced changes: eating consciously and focusing on positivity, no matter what comes and building a smaller, greener home...surprise change: having a new little miracle around August 9th!

Sold my house, quit my bank job, bought a tiny house, started working for myself making synthetic dreadlocks, started learning a new language, archery, and woodworking, went vegan.... A lot of change!

After having neck surgery and being in pain for 3 years, I am trying to get back to "me" no more complaining or negative self talk.

I have recently realized that I am a more vocal Mom to my adult children than I, probably, should be... And am changing my view of my role in their lives. Change is good.

I made the bold step of asking for the promotion I have been owed for years, it's very difficult to move up in a man driven company! I am not only wanting but needing the change...either way I know I will get what I truly need! CHANGE.

I truly believe I should smoke more pot. Once in a blue moon is NOT cuttin it. I really am missin out. It's gonna be tough but I WILL persevere. I CAN DO THIS!!

I no longer acknowledge 'guilt' as one of my personal feelings. Wow, that is liberating!

I am trying desperately to understand others. When stupid is as stupid does, I wonder why ppl keep making the same mistakes over and over but expecting different results.?! Baffling!

Being more mindful. Watching my words and speaking in the positive. Taking care of me so I have more care and love to give others. Listening to my truth even when my ego doesn't want me to. xo

Just about everything . Changing my reactions to my thoughts and emotions.

Getting more sleep! And no more waiting for perfection.

Trying new things. Checking things off my bucket list, I'm running my first half marathon this year! Not being afraid to try new things!

Trying to not stress about the things out of my control, enjoy life more and eating healthier.
