Do at least one thing, (and truly do it) on that perpetual 'to do list'....and make it something challenging
Not taking things personally or assuming.
For me, it's simply being kind to everyone I meet and smiling at them. You never know how a smile can change someone's day and lift them up.
Simply realize we are peace....there is nothing to do...just be!!
Breathe deeply and when you exhale, release all negative energy.
Today was my dear sister's birthday. Our family visited her grave for the first time together earlier tonight. In her memory we lit a white candle with a green ribbon, colors that she loved. We were in the middle of 3 days of forecasted rain, but it let up while we were there, as if just for us. It was so very peaceful. Sometimes just trusting and loving creates profound peace.
